Hi I am Senior Independent Beauty Consultant and Mary Kay Beauty Advisor Venetia Blair, I joined Mary Kay in March 2011. I started my Mary Kay business initially because my consultant stopped doing it and it was very hard to find makeup for Black Women. I asked her how could become a consultant. She gave me the details for her and now my director Senior National Sales Director Yvonne Williams. I love Mary Kay’s thought on God First, Family Second and Career Third. I love the sisterhood and friendships I have made. I live with multiple sclerosis which affects my mobility, leaves me in pain and fatigue but I am able to work my business flexibly. I love supporting other women and men in finding their true selves, boosting their confidence and self belief.
