‘Mimola’ is a fusion of our personal nicknames – Mo and Mims – combined with the term ‘ola’, which symbolises ‘gold’ and ‘wealth’ in our respective Igbo and Yoruba cultures. Drawing inspiration from our rich African roots, we have created a brand that embraces the beauty and diversity of the continent. Mimola equally celebrates Black queerness and androgyny, challenges societal norms of gender expression, and encourages everyone to enjoy thoughtfully curated unisex jewellery. We sell unisex jewellery pieces including earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets – available in various colours and suitable for any occassion.
